MG can you prepare a spreadsheet that lists all the tasks that will be needed for the upcoming course? Based on the PDF you already should have a good overview. But let's individualize each task. So for the expert guest lectures, there should be one row for each of the topics to cover. In fact you can have three rows (expert introduction city 1 / expert intro city 2 (optional) / expert intro city 3 (optional). Please try to group them somehow by type / level of involvement, so that it doesn't become one huge list but there is some order to it. Feel free to bounce a draft version back to me for feedback.
